Corrugated cardboard prodction line-Fast Change Single Facer

The computer and equip with two pairs of corrugated roller,the whole process just need 5 minutes.

1)The whole machine control by the computer and equip with two pairs of corrugated roller, so can achieve Multiple Flute Type fast change together but no need to move out and change separately, this method can enhance the production efficiency, mitigate the workers labor intensity, the whole process just need 5 minutes.

2)The whole machine use hydraulic control technic, ensure the flute can highspeed setting and glue perfectly.

3)The corrugated roller use gear clutch achieve independence transmission, no need to equip with locking mechanism.

4)Use direct-drive three points transmission, the running speed will faster than before.

5)This machine should work in middle and high speed corrugated paper production line.

6)Use high pressure centrifugal fan with muffler, so the noise is low.

7)The roller is make from special alloy steel, the size as following:φ320mm here.  We use heat treatment technical to do the precision grinding. The surface is done by Hard Chromium Plating.

8)Each paper guide roll, pre-heater, press roller do the grinding treatment and Hard Chromium Plating.

9)The whole machine use high temperature centralized oil lubricating.

10)Equip with infrared broken sensor in order to achieve paper breaking automatic protection; when the paper is broken, the press roller will exit and the glue plate also exit.

11)Sizing control include electric control and automatic control.

-According to the production lines running speed, via the motor achieve requested sizing amount.

-When you set automatic, according to the running speeds changing, the sizing amount can be adjusted by the encoder and PLC and also has numercial value indicating on the panel, ensure the sizing amount is stable when the corrugated machine is do the speed change and also make sure the single plys quality is stable too.

12)  Use same High rigidity pedestal, transmission and pressing integrative; independent drive box can achieve the communication between the PLC and transducer, another hand this design can save energy when the corrugated machine is accelerate or decelerate and have communication port for the management system.

13)  Equip with Spraying device, can adjust base papers humidity.

14)  Diameter of the corrugated Roller is Φ360mm,made of material 48CrMo alloy metal,heat treatment with high frequency,precise grinding, surface rigidity is over HRC55-60.
